NRC GTAC Facility – At the Cutting Edge

       The desire to improve the availability of their Gas Turbine Aerodynamics & Combustion (GTAC) facility encouraged NRC to consider Acuratek’s services. To attain their goals, it was deemed crucial to undertake a risk based assessment of key systems and subsystems to target critical assets and their specific operating requirements.  

       Consequently, GTAC risks will be identified and assessed throughout the lifecycle of the facility. In addition, critical facility systems, subsystems and components will be identified and maintenance systems assessed in order to optimize maintenance expenditures and activities, using RCM (Reliability centered maintenance) techniques.
